2006 INTERLUDE CABERNET FRANC
Interlude is unfiltered and hand-bottled. The wine is the epitome of hand-crafted and artisinal.
With Interlude the vineyard is the master, and the wine derives from soils known to be among the most complex and nutrient rich of any vineyard. The wine derives from an area within the Central Coast famed for its limestone -- the soil constituent, above all, necesssary to produce the great wines.
The 1.5 acre Interlude vineyard is known for the natural grape -- grape vines which grow on their own root, not a hybrid.
